1. What these terms cover

These terms cover paid products bought from LumeSurge through lumesurge.com. They do not cover the free AI Visibility Snapshot or a contact form enquiry. The Terms of use cover the site itself.

2. One-time products

One-time products are billed once. They are websites, on-page SEO, off-page SEO and brand identity.

• You get a full refund if you ask before placement or order processing starts.
• Once processing begins, there are no refunds.
• The one exception is a paid deliverable that is not delivered. If that happens, LumeSurge replaces it or refunds it.

3. Managed plans

Managed plans are billed monthly.

• A managed plan has a 4-month minimum.
• No month is refundable.
